Delivery charges

We deliver all printer cartridges, labels, and tapes for free. Furthermore, when you purchase from us, you will not be charged any handling fees.

It is important to enter the correct delivery address information. Our warehouse is not responsible for delivery to incorrect addresses once goods have been dispatched. Redelivery fees will apply if the delivery address is incorrect or insufficient.

Shipping methods

Our dispatch team will choose a suitable, reliable and fastest delivery method to cater for your location. All orders will be delivered by registered post or a courier service. This will be decided by the dispatch team accordingly. Should you have specific delivery instructions or requests, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.

We do not accept overseas orders. Our delivery service is only available within Australia. There is no physical shop front at our business, so picking up in person is not possible. Consequently, all orders are dispatched from our warehouses.

Dispatch time

We dispatch all orders placed between Monday and Friday before 3:00pm (AEST), unless out of stock. The order will be dispatched the next business day if it is placed after 3:00pm (AEST) on a Friday, or if it is placed on a weekend or public holiday.

A customer service representative will contact you if certain items are out of stock for reasons beyond our control in order to provide you with an update or alternative options. Your order may be fulfilled directly from our suppliers where appropriate.

Delivery estimate

Depending on the shipping method used and the delivery address provided, delivery times may vary. We estimate that deliveries to major cities will take between one and two business days after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. There could be a delay of up to five business working days for deliveries to the more remote areas.
